HomeGrown in Liberty is a cozy and welcoming spot that absolutely nails the breakfast and brunch game. We stopped in and were blown away by the creative flavors and quality of the food. We ordered the Pistachio and Cherry French Toast, which was as beautiful as it was delicious. The toast was thick and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, and the combo of tart cherries and nutty pistachios was unique and totally satisfying. We also tried the Salsa Verde Pork & Egg, which was packed with bold, savory flavors. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the salsa verde added a zesty, tangy kick that tied everything together perfectly. The eggs were cooked just right and brought a nice richness to the dish. The vibe at HomeGrown is relaxed and friendly, with great service and a warm, local feel. If you're looking for an elevated take on breakfast classics with a creative twist, this spot is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

The food is flavorful (but not over-seasoned) & everything tastes wonderful! I ordered scrambled eggs, potatoes & turkey sausage. It also came with an English muffin & a raspberry compote (or something like that!). It was all very good!! The restaurant is not very big, but that makes it a bit more cozy. Dominique was our waitress & she did her job very well!

I love this place. I go here regularly and it's always great. I get the avocado toast with fruit and the bees knees chai tea. Every time I go it's perfect and the people are very kind and helpful. I have zero complaints about this place and I highly recommend it.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we were really impressed! Greeted promptly at our arrival and sat in a cozy booth off in a corner (they also offer outdoor seating). Honestly, everything on the menu looked delicious! It was had to choose just one! All of their meals are very reasonably priced and a wide selection of both sweet and savory breakfast combinations. The pancakes were really the star of the show here! Fluffy and fresh, everything you've dreamed about for your pancake! Their coffee is hot and fresh, served in a large individual pot at your table to keep your cup full. And the bathrooms were very clean! The atmosphere here is like a breath of fresh air with some good ol home cooked meals and friendly staff! We will definitely return again in the future

This place was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. The portion size was good and the food was very filling. I'm pretty sure this is farm to table style restaurant. Definitely would go again if in the Liberty area.

Food was phenomenal. Coffee cake with caramel sauce is unbeatable. Amber was a wonderful server.

First time coming here. I ordered the sweet potato pancakes. They were delicious. Loved the kids menu, our daughter got the confetti pancakes and my husband got the Salsa Verde Pork & Egg. We all enjoyed our food. Service was good, seating was great. Bathrooms were tidy and prices were reasonable. We paid $36 for 3 people. Would definitely come back.

HomeGrown in Liberty, MO has quickly become one of my favorite breakfast spots. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive—they genuinely make you feel welcome and taken care of every single visit. The service is consistently great, even when they’re busy. The food is always perfectly cooked, no matter how many times I’ve been there. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. On top of that, their mocha is absolutely delicious and has become a must-order for me. The restaurant itself is always clean and well maintained. Even when there’s a wait, the line moves surprisingly fast, which makes it easy to be patient knowing things are running smoothly. The only thing that truly blows my mind is the drink menu. They have all these fun, creative specialty drinks and all the traditional options—yet no smoothies?! That’s the one thing I wish they’d add. A smoothie would be the perfect breakfast addition, and honestly, it’s the only reason myself (and others) might choose to go somewhere else on certain days. Overall, HomeGrown is an excellent restaurant with fantastic food, great drinks, and top-notch service. Add smoothies to the menu and it would be absolutely unbeatable!
